Terms of ReferenceDepending on the tasks to be accomplished, he/she works independently as well as in a team. He/She is responsible for the following tasks:

BRA:
• Programming refugee hearing sessions before the AD Hoc commission of bureau refugee and stateless.
• Filing hearing records from BRA on excel sheet.
Survey:
• Conducting periodic surveys with refugees regarding documentation (residency, obtention of birth certificate, nationality, interest for naturalization).
• Assisting with legal partner, specifically related to refugee and asylum seekers on the data base.
Lawyer:
• Monitoring individual cases/referral to the main lawyer.
• Update the lawyer reports on the data base.
Reception:
• Participating in refugee reception sessions.
• Updating the protection reception information/counselling on data base.
Support for training:
Training: If necessary, participating in organizing training sessions
Filing:
• Organizing legal documents or references in the physical files of the individuals concerned.
• Assisting with counselling of refugee and asylum seekers and uploading information on the data base.
Preparation of meeting note or report: or any other business.
• Any other support tasks as required by the unit.
