Job Information

Position Status: Temporary - 6 months

Activity Rate: 100%, 37.5 hours per week

Salary Grade: Level D on the MSF Canada Salary Grid, $86,079 per year - pro-rated (starting year - non-negotiable)

Status: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; MSF Canada is not in the position to support a work permit process for any applicant outside of Canada

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing facilities management and office administration, including travel, for two office sites and remote-contract staff Managing procurement support to departments, ensuring policy and procedural compliance, providing expert referral as required Maintaining relationships with key department stakeholders and vendors Managing staff, including oversight, and coaching for performance and development

Knowledge and Experience

Experience in administration, facilities management, logistics, and procurement Experience leading a service unitโ€™s objectives, workplans, and budget Experience, and high degree of attention to detail, in reviewing contracts and formal documentation

Education, Certifications, and Languages

Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent education and relevant business experience English language required (written and oral) French language an asset (written and oral)
