About Us:
NRC has been present in Ukraine since 2014. Since the escalation of the conflict in 2022, we have been continuously scaling up our response across the country and working with national partners to reach more people in need. We are providing life-saving assistance, such as food and basic relief items, to the most vulnerable people in eastern and southern Ukraine. And we are assisting hundreds of thousands of displaced people in the north and west with legal aid and information on access to services and shelter.
Role Overview:
The ICT Coordinator will play a leading role in strengthening our ICT function across Ukraine. The ICT Coordinator will be responsible for both providing direct support in the Kyiv country office and offering technical guidance and expertise to ICT officers and staff working in other locations of Ukraine.

You're a perfect fit if you:
Have 4+ years of experience in the ICT field, preferably within the humanitarian sector or the ICT support field. Possess excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian communication skills. Knowledge of Russian is preferred. Hold a degree in Engineering or Computer Science and possess a solid understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack. Have experience with mail systems (MS Exchange 2010), web servers (IIS, Apache), scripting languages (Windows/DOS batch), MS SharePoint, server maintenance, Visual Basic, and Excel macros will be highly advantageous. Have a demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff, effectively utilizing matrix management principles. Excel at identifying and resolving challenges. Are a responsible, independent, and attentive individual with excellent stress management and diligence.ย Possess strong administrative and time-management skills.What we offer:
