Key job responsibilities:
- Prepare project expense and financial report on monthly basis.
- Prepare budget for project in advance.
- Monitor and analyze project expense.
- Prepare, review and maintain financial and expense documents e.g., invoice, receipt, pretty cash voucher, purchase requisition form, travel form etc.
- Coordinate with FHI 360 for reviewing project expense.
- Review budget and expense report to ensure that these comply with USAID regulations.
- Manage procurement process in accordance with Anonymous Clinic.
- Coordinate with finance department, other internal and external parties.
Minimum qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
- At least one year experience in accounting field
- Demonstrate experiences and accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge on financial rules and regulations of Anonymous Clinic.
- Knowledge on financial rules and regulations of EpiC project.
- Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Fluent in read, write, speak Thai.
