The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will monitor all technical aspects of a USAID-funded health information system and digitization project from initiation through delivery. They will select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure technical objectives are met, and contribute project experience and learning, to global thought leadership initiatives in technical specialization.
