Weโre looking for a passionate Project Coordinator who is ready to join our energetic Supporter Engagement team. This is a great opportunity to further develop project management and facilitation skills in an innovative environment.
This role is currently being advertised for four days a week (0.8FTE), but we are open to discussing other options including a full-time arrangement, three-day work week (0.6 FTE), or equivalent in line with our flexible work offering.

Where you come in:
In this part-time*, 12-month contract youโll help drive the delivery of projects and initiatives within the Save the Children Australiaโs Supporter Engagement portfolio.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of diverse and interesting projects with a focus on growing and diversifying our retail and fundraising revenue.
You will make an impact by:
ยท Working with subject matter experts to plan out project tasks and create a roadmap for delivery
ยท Driving and monitoring delivery in line with the agreed timeline
ยท Identifying and flagging potential risks, issues, scheduling conflicts
ยท Coordinating and facilitating project team meetings including planning sessions, stand ups and reviews
ยท Communicating project progress by providing updates and reports to stakeholders, clearly calling out successes, risks and changes
ยท Assisting with the development of outlines, rationales and business cases
ยท Gathering and consolidating background information and requirements using collaborative workshops or written briefs
ยท Assisting with the investigation into solutions and opportunities, considering risks, benefits and business impacts

This role requires:ยท Experience driving the successful delivery of projects or initiatives using Agile delivery methods
ยท Excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skills, including working with senior stakeholders
ยท A talent for planning, organising, and coordinating team members and resources
ยท A high level of attention to detail and a proactive mindset
