The Head of Nationwide Services is a newly created role, combining program management and, more broadly, ensuring operational excellence within all 54 reasons services. In this incredible opportunity, you will be responsible for leading our people to deliver high quality nationwide services to children, young people, carers, victim survivors and service providers. This will include, but not be limited to, the 54 reasons/Telstra Health partnership, which covers the 1800RESPECT and Leaving Violence Programs.

In this full time, permanent role, youโ€™ll work as a part of our 54 reasons Senior Management Team, and lead the Nationwide Services team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. Ideally, the role is based in Melbourne but weโ€™d be happy to chat with any interested candidates located elsewhere.

Leading the team/s to implement and deliver high quality and impactful programs with operational excellence, strong client outcomes, and broader community impact at their core Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, expanding SCAโ€™s external profile and delivery partnerships and identifying growth opportunities Leading the planning process for our two-year strategic uplift in technology Taking the lead on enterprise-wide projects, innovation activities and improvement initiatives Implementing the nationwide operational teamโ€™s annual plan in-line with the 54 reasons Strategy and Business Plan

This role requires:

Senior leadership experience operating within complex environments Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable, tech-enabled, robust systems and operational infrastructure that can support growth across multiple states and territories Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a high performing team to achieve collective goals, program and client outcomes Senior leadership experience preferred in implementing telephony or online support services at scale to people experiencing vulnerability Minimum Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field
