The strategy and action plan will be guided by NRCโ€™s ambition to expand BLP across all NRC regional and country offices and to scale up the intervention with key strategic partners, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality provision.

The ideal candidate should have experience developing policy recommendations for donors, national authorities, and aid actors, drawing on program evidence and experience.
