5 Steps to get a job in the United Nations

UNICEF works in some of the worldโ€™s toughest places, to reach the worldโ€™s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.ย

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.ย

And we never give up.ย

For every child, hopeย

Together with the Malaysian government and others who are truly passionate about child rights, UNICEF works in Malaysia to ensure every child has the opportunity to grow healthy and happy; live safely; and achieve their full potential.

With the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Sustainable Development Goals, and the 12th Malaysia plan as our guides, we endeavor to change minds, change policies, and in turn change the lives of all children in Malaysia. Climate change and environmental degradation are some of the biggest threats affecting the worldโ€™s children, undermining many of the gains achieved in child survival and development. Children are the least responsible for climate change and environmental degradation, yet they stand to bear the most significant burden of its impact. UNICEF is committed to achieving societal transformation necessary for children to live in a sustainable, clean and safe environment.

For more information on YELL, please refer to the website.
