We are seeking a Training Program Manager for a 2-year regular position (renewable) to work within the Business Development Department at the International Vaccine Institute in Seoul, Korea. (Duty Station: Seoul, Korea)
Job Description:
This job is responsible for overall management of K-Vaccine training program including courses (i.e. Vaccinology and GxP) to ensure commitments are delivered at acceptable quality on time and within budget. It also encompasses project resourcing, financial management, issue and risk management, communication and planning and reporting requirements while communicating with and informing Business Development Director of program progress, deviations and remedial actions as required. It contributes to program visioning and strategy development. This person is also responsible for providing appropriate documents and materials to support internal and external communications.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage reporting to the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MoHW) Lead periodic (as required) reports preparation for MoHW according to specification. Coordinate and monitor the submission of reports as requested. Contribute to updating, prioritizing, and following up the report. Manage overall K-Vaccine training program within budget and timeline Monitor delivery of program objectives to an agreed timeline, quality, and budget. Monitor program progress, and identify deviations from plan and flag raise rectification measures to keep the program on track. Ensure the program plan is accurately reflected in the financial budget and forecast. Track and monitor program expenses at a sufficient level of granularity to provide meaningful analysis, and produce periodic financial performance reports to program director, develop a remediation plan or change requests from baseline. Oversee effective management of the K-Vaccine training program Lead communication required for K-Vaccine training program with internal and external stakeholders. Manage Vaccinology, GxP courses, and on-site training for both national participants and international participants. Manage the schedule planned throughout the whole program cycle. Lead for an effective arrangement of meetings, trainings, incoming visits, etc. Take leadership in communicating with external faculty, consultants and organizations which send trainees to the program Plan and conduct on-site consultation program within K Vaccine Program Communicate with MoHW regarding selection process and criteria for LMICs manufacturers Plan and conduct appropriate on-site training and consultation activities Manage the follow up activities after consultation and complete the report to MoHW. Others Provide support to K-Vaccine training program director as required.
