Plan has been working in Cox Bazar to respond to the Rohingya refugee influx since 24 September 2017 implementing the following key objectives: 1. Ensure girls and boys affected by the crisis are protected from violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation through appropriate prevention and response interventions in line with minimum standards. 2. Reduce the transmission of disease from fees to mouth through the promotion of good hygiene practice and the reduction of health risks related to poor sanitation 3. Restore and increase access to safe quality and inclusive educational opportunities for refugee children and adolescents (girls and boys) affected by the Rohingya crisis.

The role:
S/he will be responsible for the oversight and management of Adolescent and Youth Education activities for adolescents and youth of MYRP-ECW project along with across all of Planโs EiE Programming as per requirement. S/he will support in planning and implementation of adolescent and youth lead activities and ensure capacity building initiatives for project & staff, partner staff and program volunteers in program areas. S/he will develop adolescent and youth education learning packages for facilitators and learners. S/he will communicate frequently with Education Lead and EiE adviser for technical support needs, reporting and donor compliance. S/he will communicate with the Education and Child Protection team members, partners if any as well as with government officials at local level. He/she will take proactive stance in identifying and mitigating Youth and Adolescent related education and risk in the implementation of the project interventions and will represent Plan as needed at the district level. She/he will provide support for development/adaptation of gender learning packages and tools for adolescents and youth and for capacity building of youth facilitators and community mobilizer/volunteers
What weโre looking for:
Master degree in Education or Masters in Social Science or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in education sector (formal and non-formal education) and experience in humanitarian settings (especially Adolescent and Youth Education program). Prior experience in teachers training and/or girlsโ education required. Experience in designing teachersโ trainings package and training facilitation. Experience designing educational materials, including guidance notes, lesson plans, and supplementary materials. Experience with education assessments or quality monitoring tools. Ability to collaborate with others. Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills. Well-developed written and oral communication skills - able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders as a representative of Plan. Demonstrates experience in or awareness of gender-sensitive programming. Fluency in English both written and oral communication. Experience in coaching and mentoring for technical staff. Good knowledge of and/ or experience with the INEE Minimum Standards and with education cluster coordination a plus. Experience with children with disabilities. Proficiency in Burmese and /or chittagonian is highly desirable.

Salary Package for this role is BDT. 108, 589 to BDT. 122, 161 fixed monthly Cost to the company. Along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, Festival Bonus, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
