The purpose of a Shelter/WASH Officer (NFI/CVA/in-kind) position is to contribute specific technical competencies to project implementation.
โข CRM โ Customer Relationship Management - Give project participants households support to register inย
NRC system.
โข Follow up with referrals and double-check if households qualify for cash assistance.
โข Support NRCโs CFM hotline and answer questions that the recipients of the cash assistance may have.
โข Identify and engage with key actors involved.
โข Work with programme, finance, and logistics colleagues on NRC deliverables in shared plans.
โข Support documentation of lessons learned success stories and programme impact of cash for winterย
needs.
โข Provide additional assistance to the cash for winter needs team as required.
โข Conduct assessments and data collection as needed.

โข University degree in a relevant subject, ideal.
โข Previous experience working as at least Cash Officer in a humanitarian/recovery context.
โข Previous experience in customer services.
โข Proactive and adaptable and have the ability to cope with stressful situations.
โข Excellent capacity to plan, prioritize and multitask.
โข Documented results related to the positionโs responsibilities.
โข Willingness to work in demanding, stressful context.
Context/specific skills, knowledge, and experience:
โข Fluency of Romanian, English and Russian Language - spoken and written.
โข Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
โข Ability to formulate clear, concise options and recommendations.ย
โข Experience in collaborating with cash actors in Moldova will be a plus.
โข Networking and deal-making capacity.
โข Competent in building networks, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to influence with effectiveย
listening, persuasion, negotiation, and other techniques.
