What you will do:
Some of your specific responsibilities include:
- Training Program Support and Communication: Assist in adapting and facilitating NRCโs training programs, create a comprehensive communication plan to ensure timely dissemination of training opportunities and lessons learned, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Project Monitoring and Feedback: Monitor project progress with the Project Advisor, track key performance metrics, gather participant feedback through surveys, and ensure project visibility and reporting compliance with ECHO requirements.
- Market Analysis Process Optimisation: Provide direct support for market analysis implementation, review analysis reports, facilitate community learning, and lead the development and optimization of digital tools for data collection.

What you will bring:ย
- University degree in political science or other social studies.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, working knowledge of other NRC languages (Spanish, French, Arabic) is an asset.
- Relevant work experience in Humanitarian/ Development Sector (desirable).
- Experience from grants management in humanitarian operations is an advantage.
- Competent Microsoft environment user, including word, excel, outlook, ppt, SharePoint, etc.
- Proficient in data collection tool KoboCollect and Power BI dashboards.
- Knowledge of international humanitarian work and donor procedures (desirable).ย
- Experience from managing or providing support to projects or events.ย
- Ability to communicate effectively with other departments, sections and units.ย
- Excellent analytical skills.

- Duty station: Oslo, Norway.
- Contract: Temporary 23 months contract.ย ย
