Institutional Fundraising is a critical pillar of the Global Fundraising & Communications team. Together, they are at the leading edge of strategy and impact—by securing resources needed to drive strengthening the organization as a thought-leader and development NGO of the future.

PSI seeks a Director, Institutional Fundraising that will Provide departmental leadership and strategic direction. Consolidate and continue the growth of PSI's public and private sector fundraising capabilities with a strong focus on raising money across a broad range of donors and funding mechanisms, while maintaining ambitious revenue targets. Represent the business development and fundraising functions internally and builds and maintains relationships externally to influence other partners, donors, and stakeholders to support PSI's work.

Salary Range:
$147,000 (MINIMUM) - $184,000 (MID-POINT) - $230,000 (MAXIMUM)
For US-based candidates, the annual base salary range is reflected above.* We value transparency and have provided the full salary range for this role. Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range would not be typical in order to allow for potential future salary growth.
