FHI 360 staff working in the United States are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, regardless of the type of project or client they serve, or of their employment status (full/part-time, remote, telework, or in-office), unless an accommodation applies. FHI 360 complies with federal, state, and local laws with regard to accommodations related to this policy. Full vaccination is currently defined as two weeks after the second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccine, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnsonโ€™s Janssen vaccine. Booster doses are not required at this time.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Engagement within Corporate Communications, the Multimedia Producer works collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-oriented, multimedia communications department to help develop and execute integrated strategic corporate communications. Key functions include creating video stories, audio episodes and photojournalism content; serving as project manager for video and photography production teams; and supporting and developing strong partnerships with organizational and program leaders and teams.

This is a hybrid position based in Washington DC. Candidates can work remotely for the majority of their time, but occasional days in the office are required.

The candidate must be a collaborative self-starter who can work both independently and in a team setting. They have a deep interest in the global issues central to the work of FHI 360 and a commitment to the organizationโ€™s mission of improving lives in lasting ways. They will be a resourceful and creative content producer who can solve problems quickly and make fast decisions to capitalize on communications opportunities. As they develop a variety of projects, they will be a convincing and authentic representative of FHI 360, able to connect effectively with partners across the organization and their stakeholders. Excellent people skills, a love of storytelling, an even temperament and a good sense of humor are appreciated.
