- Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, SOPโs and donor requirements
- Implement delegated Fleet functions portfolio according to Plan of Action
- Conduct and follow up daily fleet activitiesย
- Support the administration of fleet resources so that deliverables are achieved within set budgets, timelines and standards
- Prepare ย reports as required by management
- Ensure proper filing of all fleet documentsย
- Perform other duties, as assigned by Line Manager
- Responsible for the vehicle fuel requisition process.
- Continuous checking of the filling of the vehicle log sheets.
- Allocating of the available vehicles as per vehicles booking requests.
- Monitoring the Vehicle GPRS tracking system.
- Preparing the consolidated fleet requisition monthly as per request from variousย ย
1.ย Professional competenciesย
- A diploma in transport, logistics or supply chain management.
- 1 year or more in fleet department
- 1 or more years in fleet department
- Experience in working on an emergence context is an added advantageย
- A diploma in transport, logistics or supply chain management. A degree will be added advantage.
- Fluent in Portuguese both written and verbalย
- Knowledge of English is an added advantage
- Ability to use Excel
- Ability to use email and experience in the use of outlook is an added advantageย
