GIZ International Services is looking for a Team Leader for the EU funded project โTechnical Assistance for Product Safety in E-Commerceโ in Ankara, Tรผrkiye. The overall objective is to improve health and safety of consumers in line with the EU product safety rules and to improve Tรผrkiye's accession progress in the area of product safety.
Ihre Aufgaben
Team leader (TL) will be responsible for general coordination of project activities, project management and implementation, thus he/s he will ensure coordination among other experts and provide backstopping to the team. TL will be responsible for checking the outputs and indicators in accordance with the ToR and the work schedule. He/she shall act as the main counterpart to the Beneficiary in relation to the performance of project activities. He/she will be responsible for the efficient and effective management, monitoring and implementation of the project in line with EU procedures and this ToR.
Ihr Profil
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor degree in economics, law, administrative sciences or engineering. In the absence of the required degree, equivalent professional experience of minimum of 9 years* professional experience in capacity building projects. At least B2 level of English as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Master degree or/and PhD in one of the above-mentioned fields or in computer sciences will be an asset.
General professional experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in capacity building projects. At least 2 experiences as a team leader/project director or equivalent (at the contractor's side) in projects which have a duration of at least 12 months.
Specific professional experience
At least 3 years of experience related to product safety or market surveillance or conformity assessment in EU acquis. At least 2 experiences in design and delivery of training. Experience in development of an information system tool will be an asset.Standortinformationen
