The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced change communicator to take on the newly defined role of Internal Communications Manager โ Major Change Projects. Our organisation is implementing changes to better deliver our five year global strategy. You will create and deliver effective organisation-wide communications to implement major operational change projects critical to delivering our key strategic priority of being an effective responsive organisation. There is a focus for this role to lead on communications on a key programme around how we gather and use our data.
As a member of the global Internal Communications & Engagement team, you will ensure change communications campaigns are planned and executed. Working closely with the relevant delivery teams to ensure engagement, adoption and objectives are achieved across the whole of Plan International. You will take complex data and financial management systems and tools and relay their function and purpose to a wider non-specialist internal audience.
About you
In order to be successful in this role you will be change communications process oriented, customer focused, multi-tasking individual with a proven track record of delivering effective communications and engagement in support of organisational transformation and sustained change. You combine creativity and a solution orientated mindset with highly effective communication and relationship building skills with a wide range of internal stakeholders. You will have experience creating communications to enact organisational change, particularly related to data and analytics.

Location: UK โ The Global Hub for Plan International is based in Woking, Surrey which is approximately 25 minutes from London Waterloo. This is a hybrid role, mostly working from home, with visits to the office once per week. You must have the pre-existing right to live and work in the UK
Type of role: 2 Year Fixed term contract
Salary: circa ยฃ45,000 per annum
