The Opportunity

As the Research Manager you will lead, deliver and support high quality research on Plan Internationalโ€™s focus areas, in collaboration with research team members, MER Specialists from the 75+ Programme Countries, as well as external consultants.

Working with the Director of MERL and the Head of Research, to uphold the MERL Policy and Standards, as well as lead and deliver a research and evaluation agenda across Plan International to further the Global Strategy objectives at international, country and regional level.

You will Identify, manage and conduct high quality research projects in support of programmes, influence and fundraising for the global strategy
