La personne occupant ce poste devra fournir une assistance technique au Bureau Pays de Guinรฉe, y compris aux bureaux auxiliaires pour la mise en ลuvre de projets de constructions. Elle gรฉrera une variรฉtรฉ d'activitรฉs et de processus administratifs, ce qui nรฉcessite la capacitรฉ d'analyser, de comprendre et d'appliquer des lignes directrices et des pratiques normalisรฉes. Elle aura รฉgalement des fonctions de supervision, sera capable de travailler dans une situation d'urgence et de dรฉvelopper/soutenir le plan d'action de l'unitรฉ.
Sous la supervision du Responsable des Projets de Construction et la direction du Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM) Guinรฉe, lโingรฉnieur sera responsable pour les tรขches suivantes :
- Conduire des reconnaissances de terrain pour les sources de matรฉriaux de constructions et prix du marchรฉ
- Fournir un dossier de construction complet (DOA โ dossier dโappel dโoffres) ร utiliser pour la Demande de Proposition (RFP โ Request For Proposal) destinรฉ aux entrepreneurs. (Dessins - plans et sections - tableau des quantitรฉs ; dรฉlais d'exรฉcution des travaux ; rapport de conception dรฉtaillรฉ ; dessins de conception dรฉtaillรฉs ; calendrier des quantitรฉs ; barรจme des tarifs ; spรฉcifications techniques de l'estimation du coรปt de construction ; estimation dรฉtaillรฉe des coรปts)
- Fournir une estimation des coรปts
- Fournir une conception conforme aux lรฉgislations nationales ainsi quโร des codes et normes internationaux de conception adรฉquats et รชtre reprรฉsentative des meilleures pratiques internationales en matiรจre de conception.
- Superviser la construction des infrastructures et assurer le suivi de la gestion des bรขtiments.
- Assurer un environnement de travail confortable, sain, bien entretenu et conforme aux rรฉglementations de l'ONU et aux normes environnementales, de santรฉ et de sรฉcuritรฉ. Superviser les travaux de construction en cours effectuรฉs par diffรฉrentes entreprises et partenaires pour le compte du PAM dans le bureau pays et sous bureaux
- Rรฉsoudre les problรจmes de communications, dโinterprรฉtation des conditions du contrat avec les entreprises
- Assister la nรฉgociation avec les autoritรฉs locales pour les demandes de nouvelles concessions
- Coordonner avec les entrepreneurs pour le respect de la qualitรฉ et programme des travaux
- Prรฉparer des rapports de missions et progrรจs des travaux
- Prรฉparer pour certification le mรฉtrรฉ des travaux complรฉtรฉs et soumettre Responsable des Projets de Construction
- Assister le Responsable des Projets de Construction dans la conception de nouveaux projets
- Autres tรขches connexes supplรฉmentaires assignรฉes
- Connaissance de dessin technique et mรฉtrรฉ
- Aptitude ร travailler dans des conditions difficiles et avec des moyens limitรฉs.
