ContextThe UNHCR BIP Guidance is a comprehensive 200-page document initially created in English. This document has been translated into Russian, but the design work still needs to be done to align the Russian text with the existing visuals. It is crucial to utilize these materials in Russian to expand our outreach and increase awareness. As a result, the volunteer will play a key role in ensuring that the Russian text is accurately integrated into the InDesign files, maintaining proper alignment between the translation and the design. The Volunteer will be supervised by Snr Protection Assistant.
Task DescriptionUNHCR is seeking a graphic design volunteer to assist with incorporating the Russian translation of the BIP Guidance into existing InDesign files. The volunteer will work with a Word document containing the Russian text and use the English-language InDesign files as the design reference. The design must remain consistent with the original layout and theme, ensuring a seamless transition between languages.
