Generic responsibilitiesย
- Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines.
- Implement the delegated support function portfolio according to the plan of action.
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing of documents.
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function.
- Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.

Specific responsibilitiesย
- Participate in preparing the Master Budget of the Gaza Area office
- Participate in preparing new Donor Budgets, Budget revisions, Budget vs Actual, and financial reports using NRC tools.ย
- Ensure regular update of the Master budget that will serve as a guide for all new donor proposals.
- Participate in preparing monthly shared allocations.
- Day-to-day follow-up of progress regarding projects implementation.
- Participate in reviewing PRs and advise on charge codes.
- Ensure compliance of actual expenditures with budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Donorsโ regulations
- Participate in ensuring proper filing of all financial documents.
- Conducting regular training sessions on budget management to program, support, and finance staff.
