The Digital Business Manager is a critical role of CARE USA Digital Strategy & Operations organization. This role facilitates cross-functional strategic alignment, governs performance measures of digital initiatives, and develops business capability across a multi-disciplinary and quickly evolving Digital team. The Digital Business Manager is also responsible for the planning and management of CARE USA Digital 11M+ annual budget and supports the Digital Senior Leadership team by offering insights and finance advice that will allow the team to make the best business decisions for their organization. This role reports to the Director of Digital Strategy & Programs and will work across the functions of the Digital team; cyber security, infrastructure, applications, data management, knowledge management, and global support services while supporting the Director of Digital Strategy & Programs to ensure digital strategy and digital expenses remain relevant and aligned with priority of CARE USA.

Support Director of Digital Strategy & Programs or Chief Information Officer as needed. 7-10 years of increasing responsibility in financial planning, modeling, management and operational support. Advanced excel skills. Demonstrated agility and curiosity with digital tools (collaboration tools, project planning, etc.). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Openness to using virtual tools to engage with co-workers as we build a global workforce, and engage CARE staff globally. Strong organizational skills - e.g. file management
