We are currently seeking qualified Deputy Chief of Party candidates to be proposed on an anticipated USAID/Kyrgyz Republic New Civil Society Activity that would work to strengthen civil society and support civic participation in the Kyrgyz Republic. This position will be based in Bishkek, with significant travel to target geographies across Kyrgyz Republic to develop relationships with key local stakeholders. Availability of position is contingent upon award to FHI 360 and selection of final applicant is subject to USAID approval.

Job Summary:

The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will support the Chief of Party (COP) in overseeing project implementation and will have a role in providing direct technical support to staff and partners.

The DCOP will assist the COP with the development and implementation of the projectโ€™s vision, strategy, and technical direction, ensuring timely progress against schedules, achievement and quality of deliverables, and quality of results. S/he will supervise and coordinate the technical and field activity implementation team, and will serve as the secondary institutional liaison with USAID. This position will report to the Chief of Party.
