About the Program:
WRI's Operations department strives to make all global offices fully capable and low risk, enhancing their operational capabilities, establishing sustainable growth through a bond of mutual respect, collaboration and sharing knowledge across the sisterhood of WRI offices. This is done by targeting upon standards of performance, measuring the efficiency and effectiveness for the sisterhood of offices. This position is hybrid and will require a few days per week in our Washington DC office. What you will do: In this role, you will execute on data stewardship and data quality projects with the goal of promoting confidence in WRIโs systems and tools. You will strengthen your Excel and project management skills while being exposed to the world of Salesforce administration. You will be supported by the Operations department which strives to maximize capabilities across global offices while minimizing institutional risk. You will report to the CRM Manager. Internship Learning Outcomes: Data Cleansing (40% time)
โข Work in conjunction with data owners to update/close out stale records
โข Improve data quality through a combination of manual and bulk data clean-ups Record Merging (30% time)
โข Identify and merge duplicate Salesforce records Salesforce Administration (15% time)
โข Customize WRIโs Salesforce org (e.g. modify page layouts, dashboards and reports)
โข Create user-friendly guides
โข Help maintain Salesforce-related documentation Project Management (15% time)
