SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Contract Analyst is responsible for assisting the Contracts Manager in reviewing and preparing initial drafts of certain contracts. Duties also include supporting the Contract Associate in proactively monitoring the contract portfolio/queue in Workday, which requires great attention to detail, and corresponding with staff across the Foundation to correct/clarify information or back-up documentation. Logging in each contract and amendment request into an offline tracking spreadsheet that is saved in iManage. Reviews the list not less than twice a day with the Contracts Manager, Contract Analyst , Contracts Associate (โ€œContracts Teamโ€), and with attorneys when requested. The Contract Analyst also works with staff on upcoming renewals and extensions.
