ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Ford Foundationโ€™s People and Organizational Development team (P&OD) seeks a collaborative, strategic, team-oriented Manager of People Development (Manager) to manage, support and lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of global professional and organizational development programs and initiatives.

Reporting to the Global Director, P&OD, the Manager will hold a variety of responsibilities related to leadership, team, and organizational development; training and coaching; and change management to drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness. P&OD is part of the People & Culture (P&C) team. The Manager works in close collaboration with HR Business Partners (called P&C Partners), Organizational Effectiveness and Excellence team and other learning-centered teams within the foundation.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working on a small team, possess strong client-relationship and communication skills, and have a knack for managing multiple priorities effectively. They will see this role as an opportunity to expand their ability to design and deliver comprehensive development programs that contribute to the foundation's organizational culture.
