About MicroMentor
MicroMentor is the global market leader in digital business mentoring and has a proven impact on business survival and job creation. Today, MicroMentor is an inclusive and accessible social platform that enables the world's largest community of entrepreneurs and business mentors to create powerful connections, solve problems, and build businesses together.

To date, MicroMentor has built a community across geographies and cultures of over 300,000 entrepreneurs and more than 70,000 mentors globally, and has fostered more than 55,000 connections to support business growth around the globe.

MicroMentor is committed to reaching 1 million+ under-resourced entrepreneurs by 2025 with high-quality business mentoring to help mitigate the mid-term and long-term effects of the massive economic crisis they are facing through skills development, increased access to resources, business survival, and job retention and creation.

Driving this growth is the MicroMentor global team, which has quadrupled in size over the past 5 years, from just 6 staff in 2018 to more than 40 team members projected for FY24. The organization's revenue goals are projected to nearly double between 2023 and 2024 fiscal years, from $3.8 million to $6 million.

MicroMentorโ€™s business model functions as part nonprofit and part social-enterprise, with revenue split between grants and earned income. MicroMentorโ€™s goal is to shift the majority of its revenue generation to its commercial offerings over the next two years. In 2022 MicroMentor hired its first dedicated Business Development Manager, which brought strategic partnership management and revenue generation under one role. MicroMentorโ€™s goal is to support its global community of users through free delivery of its online platform, while also providing a paid B2B mentoring solution to solve its clientโ€™s mentoring needs.
