Purpose of Job

The role of HR Analytics Data Analyst is a data specialist within EBRDโ€™s HR department, digging into data sets, analysing data and ensuring the Bank has the right information needed to make data-informed decisions. The role holder helps support HR reporting and analytics using Tableau, Cognos and in particular providing technical support and analysis using OrgVue.

The HR Analytics Data Analyst works closely with their line manager and other team members to deliver relevant agendas across the Bank. The Analyst is responsible for the delivery of discrete activities required to deliver projects within the OD Teamโ€™s project portfolio, forming recommendations and work priorities based on people analytics and business data.

The role will work closely with the HR People Analytics Team, other teams across HROD and Transformation Groupโ€™s Design and Transformation teams.
