An opportunity to join the HR Business Partnering team looking after the Banking and Policy functions (Client Services Group). You will be working with the 2 Senior HRBPs leading the team and 3 HR Business Partners who support a group of 2,000+ staff based in over 30 different countries.

It is a busy role in a truly multinational and multicultural environment. This role is crucial to ensure excellent operational delivery to the business and is ideal for someone with a great interest in using, analysing and understanding HR data to support decision making.

Hybrid working is fully supported at the Bank, with the expectation that you will spend at least 50% of the time in our offices in Canary Wharf, the rest can be from home or remotely.

Purpose of Job

Working under supervision and guidance of the Associate Director, HR Business Partner and in partnership with other HRBP team members to implement operationally excellent support in the delivery of client-facing HR services to the business.

Be a data domain expert and facilitate data informed decision making within EBRDโ€™s HROD department. The role holder helps support decision makers by visualising data, analysing trends, applying statistics and finding insights using the Bankโ€™s suite of business intelligence tools โ€“ Cognos, Tableau and Alteryx
