Position Overview:
Partners In Health (PIH) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Strategist to join our Digital team. The Web Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital web strategies that will help us achieve our acquisition and fundraising goals. This role requires a strong understanding of information architecture, journey mapping, and personalizations. The Web Strategist will bring rigor and business acumen to metrics and reporting to demonstrate the value and impact of the PIH website and continuously identify opportunities to improve the website experience and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the web strategy development for PIH website and subdomains with attention to driving conversions and optimizing for increased engagement and an improved visitor experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective supporter journeys. Regularly evaluate new web project requests and guide development with the web team or outside agency. Conduct regular analysis of website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement. Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve website performance and user experience. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings in search engine results. Manage the web editorial calendar to ensure website content is up-to-date and in line with strategic goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure that targets are met. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform digital strategy.Qualifications:
