About this position:
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and creative operation support consultant. As operation support consultant, you will provide effective and continuous service support for the EAs, liaisons and internal IDB users about the Client Portal and other client-facing technological solutions that the Bank and FMP is developing as part of our Digitization and Automation process.
You will work in Operation Support Team part of FMP department. This team is responsible for supporting borrowing member countries to strengthen their fiduciary systems, advise on the design and implementation of their operations, and provide effective fiduciary oversight.
What youโll do:
- Support the FMP Project Managers team, to coordinate the implementation of different client-facing technological platforms (for example, the Client Portal that includes the Fiduciary Interface).
- Monitor the occurrence of incidents, work orders, and improvements.
- Analyze the functionalities and performance of the platforms to identify and prioritize possible improvements of such tools.
- Support the hyper-care sessions and efforts to guarantee the implementation of fixes.
- Support the UAT sessions.
- Coordination with support team about all activities related to implementation and support of the Client Portal, Fiduciary Interface, and other client-facing solutions.
- Support in the training and implementation process coordinating internal and external users.
- Support the migration process of procurement plans from SEPA, Excel and the OBP Beta to the Fiduciary Interface.
- Support the migration process of financial data from OD Beta to the Fiduciary Interface.
- Retrieve feedback from the EAs to aid in the constant improvement of the Client Portal, Fiduciary Interface and other client-facing solutions.
- Continuous support and communication with EAs monitoring and evaluating their progress and collecting their constant feedback on the tools.
- Collaborate and support in the analysis of fiduciary data, its trends and results using statistical techniques.
- Proactively provide background information on Key Performance Indicators related to financial management, procurement policies, operations, procedures, and guidelines for their application.

What you'll need:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer science, information systems, Project Management, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
- Experience: At least/ Between 2 and 4 years of progressive experience in related fields to project execution.
- Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.

Requirements:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
