BACKGROUND
Madagascar est un pays endémique à la filariose lymphatique (FL). En 2023, le pays a réalisé pour la première fois une couverture géographique de 100% à la suite de la mise en œuvre jointes des campagnes de traitements de masse de la filariose lymphatique avec les campagnes de vaccination contre la poliomyélite. Trente-deux districts ont réalisé au moins cinq cycles de traitement de masse avec les couvertures minimales de 65% et sont par conséquent éligibles pour les enquêtes préliminaires de la transmission de la filariose lymphatique.
PURPOSE OF CONSULTANCY
Le(la) consultant(e) travaillera sous la supervision de la chargée de programme MTN OMS et en étroite collaboration avec le programme MTN du ministère de la Sante publique. Il/elle facilitera la planification, la formation des techniciens et la mise en œuvre sur terrain de toutes les composantes en rapport avec les différentes enquêtes épidémiologique liées à la filariose lymphatique.
Cela inclut la supervision des techniciens pendant la réalisation de l’enquête sur terrain.
Appuyer le ministère de la santé à la planification de traitements de masse contre la filariose lymphatique et conduite des enquêtes épidémiologiques EMS et TAS1/IIS1. Appuyer le ministère à la planification des traitements de masse des médicaments (AMM) et la mise en œuvre de l’enquête épidémiologiques : TAS1 et IIS1 (communautaire et scolaire) et EMS,
Appuyer le ministère à l’élaboration de microplan budgétisé pour la mise en œuvre des activités liée aux AMM et TAS1/IIS1
Appuyer le ministère à préparer le fichier d’éligibilité pour les enquêtes EMS pour les districts qui auront réunis les critères d’exigibilité,
Appuyer la mise en œuvre de l’enquête sur terrain en supervisant les techniciens
Contribuer à la rédaction du rapport final des enquêtes.

Une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans la mise en œuvre des activités MTN-CTP
Expérience dans la mise en œuvre des enquêtes Pre-TAS et TAS Expérience dans le prélèvement des échantillons de sang,
préparation et lecture des frottis sanguins
Expérience dans la formation des adultes et surtout des acteurs de santé publique
Skills/Knowledge:

Avoir un esprit managérial et bon sens d’initiative
