Duties

Serves as an expert on policies, strategy and program requirements for Monitoring and Evaluation for the Middle East Bureau; coordinate the establishment of goals, objectives, and long-range plans for the Office.Provides expert advice and guidance to senior leadership in the bureau and missions on government programs and policies which are of significant interest to the public and Congress, that cuts across or strongly influences a number of agencies.Guides specialists to advise Bureau/field mission managers on the development of program performance measurement tools, on analysis of program performance information, and on the implications of program performance for future strategic directions.Leads a team to support the Bureau /field missions in Monitoring/Evaluation and Learning, providing overall program guidance/technical assistance in the development of strategic objectives and program outcomes.View on USAJobs.gov
