Sous la supervision de lโ€™Administrative Associate, le stagiaire effectuera lโ€™inventaire physique des assets du Bureau et procรจdera ร  la saisie des donnรฉes dans la base de donnรฉes ยซย STP-Assets Inventoryย ยป, application en ligne hรฉbergรฉe sur le SharePoint du Bureau ainsi que la mise en place de mรฉcanisme de suivi des รฉquipements rรฉpertoriรฉs.

Classer les fiches dโ€™enregistrement des Assets en fonction de la localisationย ; Enregistrer les donnรฉes des fiches dโ€™enregistrement physique dans STP-Assets Inventory/SharePointย ; Rรฉattribuer les numรฉros dโ€™inventaire des articles en fonction de leurs catรฉgoriesย ; Soumettre ร  lโ€™Administrative Associate la liste des รฉquipements dont le statut est ยซย endommagรฉย ยป ou ยซย hors serviceย ยปย ; S'acquitter d'autres tรขches demandรฉes, en cas de besoin.

Dรฉlivrables et rรฉsultats attendus.

Tous les assets du Bureau sont correctement inventoriรฉs et rรฉfรฉrencรฉs. La Base de donnรฉes des Assets est mise ร  jour. Les dรฉcisions du PSB (Property Survey Board) sont exรฉcutรฉes. Un rapport de stage valide avec les recommandations pour un meilleur suivi.
