Les Stagiaires seront placรฉs sous la responsabilitรฉ de l'Officier TEC et recevront rรฉguliรจrement des retours sur leurs performances. Support technique :
- Aider ร l'installation, la configuration et la maintenance des รฉquipements informatiques, y compris les ordinateurs, les imprimantes et les dispositifs de rรฉseau.
- Fournir un support technique de premier niveau au personnel du PAM, en dรฉpannant les problรจmes matรฉriels et logiciels.
2. Gestion des donnรฉes :
- Soutenir les tรขches de collecte, de saisie et d'analyse des donnรฉes.
- Aider ร la maintenance des bases de donnรฉes et ร garantir l'intรฉgritรฉ et la sรฉcuritรฉ des donnรฉes.
3. Assistance aux projets :
- Contribuer ร la mise en ลuvre des projets TEC, tels que le dรฉploiement de nouveaux logiciels ou solutions technologiques.
- Aider ร la documentation de l'avancement des projets, y compris la crรฉation de rapports et de prรฉsentations.
4. Formation et renforcement des capacitรฉs :
- Aider ร organiser et ร animer des sessions de formation pour le personnel sur l'utilisation de divers outils et plate-formes technologiques.
- Aider ร dรฉvelopper des manuels d'utilisation et des guides pour soutenir l'adoption des technologies au sein de l'organisation.
5. Innovation et amรฉlioration :
- Participer ร des sessions de brainstorming pour identifier des opportunitรฉs d'innovation technologique.
- Fournir des suggestions pour amรฉliorer les systรจmes et processus existants.

LES LIVRABLES ร LA FIN DU CONTRAT :
ร la fin du stage, les stagiaires sont censรฉs avoir atteint plusieurs livrables clรฉs. Ceux-ci incluent la rรฉalisation des projets assignรฉs avec des rรฉsultats documentรฉs, dรฉmontrant leur capacitรฉ ร appliquer des compรฉtences techniques ร des problรจmes rรฉels.
Les stagiaires devraient avoir crรฉรฉ des rapports ou des prรฉsentations dรฉtaillรฉs rรฉsumant leur travail, leurs conclusions et leurs contributions ร l'รฉquipe.
De plus, ils auront dรฉveloppรฉ et dรฉmontrรฉ une meilleure maรฎtrise des outils et logiciels TIC pertinents, comme en tรฉmoignent des applications pratiques et des instances de rรฉsolution de problรจmes.
Les stagiaires doivent รฉgalement avoir participรฉ ร des sessions de rรฉtroaction rรฉguliรจres, rรฉflรฉchissant ร leur progression et incorporant des suggestions dans leur travail.
Enfin, une รฉvaluation finale permettra d'รฉvaluer leur performance globale, leurs contributions ร l'unitรฉ TIC et leur aptitude ร occuper de futurs rรดles au sein de l'Organisation.
