Position Title: Senior Partnerships Officer

Reports to: Senior Director of Private Sector Partnerships

Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options. (~5-10% domestic and international travel, as needed)

Position Type: Full-time

Position Overview:
The Senior Partnerships officer will serve as an integral part of the eight-member Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) team, which leads organizational engagement with foundation and corporate partners. The Senior Partnerships Officer is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of foundation and corporate partners with the capacity to make six-, seven-, and eight-figure gift and in-kind donation commitments. This person plays a central role in developing and implementing solicitation strategies for private institutional partners and implementing individualized cultivation plans for their portfolio of assigned prospects. This position will work directly with senior Partners In Health (PIH) staff, country team leadership, and board members to achieve these goals. To apply please include a cover letter and resume.
