SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Foundationโ€™s People & Culture (P&C) team operates with a Business Partner/Center of Expertise (CoE) model and this position sits on the Talent Acquisition CoE. The Senior Manager (SM), Talent Acquisition will be at the forefront of shaping our workforce by managing full-cycle recruitment processes and lead or participate in programs and projects that are a part of the overall TA strategy. Reporting to the Global Director, Talent Acquisition the SM will design innovative recruitment strategies that attract top talent, ensure alignment with industry best practices, and will provide direction, advice, and counsel to staff on recruitment-related matters.

The ideal candidate enjoys working as part of a collaborative, high-functioning team and has extensive experience recruiting, has familiarity with work visa and immigration procedures, and a track record of sourcing and placing high-quality candidates. This candidate will have experience working with applicant tracking systems, possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, maintain confidence and inspire trust. They will enjoy working in partnership with hiring managers to build high-performing teams and thrive in a mission-driven environment.
