We are recruiting a Senior HR Efficiency and Systems Coherence Officer , for an initial period of 1 year including a 3 month probation period. The assigned location will be Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Senior Recruitment Projects Officer at the P3 level shall ensure effective human resources management and foster HR systems coherence within the AU's systems. ย

- Provide technical support in reviewing and analyzing existing HR policies, guidelines, and practices to identify areas for improvement, offering recommendations to the Director of Human Resources Management.
Required Skills and Experience
Education and Work Experience Masterโs degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field is required.ย A first-level or advanced degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree, or equivalent) in any field of study with two additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree in the specified fields of study with minimum five (5) years of postgraduate work experience. ยย Skills and Competenciesย
Required Skills Strong analytical, audit, and HR skills.Proven experience in HR projects. ย Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.Proficiency in HR management systems and software.ย

ย Language Requirement Proficiency in the mission language English. Knowledge of other AU working languages would be an added advantage (Arabic, French, Spanish or Portuguese).ย

Remuneration
The salary attached to the position is set at P3, Step 5 inclusive of all allowances for internationally recruited staff.
