    ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

    The World Food Programme (WFP) is the world's largest humanitarian agency committed to a world with zero hunger. WFP engages with private and public sector partners to address global challenges through innovative approaches, particularly in individual giving, digital engagement, and other specialized fundraising initiatives.

    The Private Partnerships Division (PSP) plays a pivotal role in mobilizing resources to meet growing humanitarian needs. This position will strengthen WFPโ€™s ability to deliver on its strategic priorities in individual giving, specifically leveraging expertise in strategic target management (STM), digital-first campaigns, and innovative engagement strategies across diverse markets and languages, including English, French, and Chinese.

    PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

    The Senior Advisor for Individual Giving and Digital Engagement will provide strategic oversight, high-level advisory support, and operational expertise to guide WFPโ€™s individual giving programs. This role addresses a growing demand for specialized oversight in scaling innovative and high-impact initiatives that align with WFPโ€™s strategic and operational goals.

    The Advisor will translate Executive Board decisions into actionable plans and ensure their successful implementation. The role is essential to achieve targeted outcomes in language-specific and market-specific campaigns across multiple countries.
