Your team
On the date of the competition, there is 1 position available within the Network Management Directorate. This competition will also be used to create a reserve list for upcoming positions in other areas.
Your role
Your role will be to:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support including agenda and missionsโ management, filing, organisation of events, filtering calls, drafting general correspondence, dispatching information, preparing files and presentations for meetings, taking notes, managing office supplies etc.
Required qualifications, experience & competencies
Post-secondary education with minimum 1 year relevant professional experience in an administrative or secretarial position or secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and relevant professional experience of at least 4 years. A secretarial or office administration education is considered a strong advantage. Experience in providing administrative/secretarial support. Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
