DIMENSOES DA FUNCAO

Recepcionista รฉ responsรกvel pela execuรงรฃo de tarefas conducentes ร  gestรฃo das correspondรชncias e de visitas ao escritรณrio nacional. Como tal, serรก responsรกvel por atuar em alinhamento com os procedimentos e padrรตes de Administraรงรฃo e Seguranรงa da Plan .

As principais entregas de Recepcionista incluirรฃo o seguinte:

  1. Gerir as entradas e saรญdas de visitantes no Escritรณrio Nacional e assegurar o seu devido registo tanto ร  entrada como ร  saรญda;
  2. Assegurar a receรงรฃo e distribuiรงรฃo das correspondรชncias e manter o seu registo e arquivo;
  3. Assegurar a distribuicao dos convites e anรบncios pรบblicos;
  4. Assegurar a receรงรฃo de candidaturas para fornecimento de bens e/ou prestaรงรฃo de serviรงos em conformidade com o estipulado no Manual de Operaรงรตes de Cadeia de Suprimentos;
  5. Assegurar que os TDR e RFQs (pedidos de cotaรงรฃo) sejam levantados contra a assinatura dos interessados, com data, hora e contacto;
  6. Assegurar receรงรฃo das cotaรงรตes e/ou propostas tรฉcnicas e financeiras sejam realizadas de acordo com o estipulado nos TDR/RFQ e mediante o preenchimento da ficha de entrega de ofertas/propostas, com data hora e contato do remetente;
