ROLE PURPOSE

The Project Officer (PO) will assume a multifaceted role that encompasses project implementation and operational support, playing a crucial part in the successful execution of the Wezesha Binti project. This position will involve a dedicated commitment to enhancing the projectโ€™s objectives by supporting comprehensive operational planning, logistical and administrative assistance throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. The PO will be supporting in the development of detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget. Additionally, the role will involve facilitating communication among project stakeholders, organizing workshops and meetings, and maintaining accurate records of project activities and outcomes. The Project Officer will also manage logistical arrangements, including transportation and procurement of materials, to ensure that project activities run smoothly. Furthermore, the PO will assist in preparing reports and documentation, which are essential for tracking the projectโ€™s performance and provide support to the implementing partnersโ€™ team in the districts. The Project Officer is expected to contribute significantly to the overall success and impact of the Wezesha Binti initiative.
