Position Title: Project Manager Reports to: Senior Director, Integrated Planning and Communication Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options Employment Type: Full Time Position Overview: As a manager of key strategic projects, the Project Manager has a highly visible and important role on the Marketing and Communications team as well as across the Resource Generation division of Partners In Health (PIH). The Project Manager will successfully lead cross-department teams through all phases of the project management process from initiation to implementation through to completion and close, assuring key milestones are met and deliverables provided on time and on budget. Using the Project Management Instituteโ€™s (PMI) methodology, the Project Manager will define and document the objectives, scope, timeline, budget and needed resources to complete these projects and will address and resolve obstacles and regularly communicate updates to team members and stakeholders. The Project Manager should also conduct a project evaluation upon completion to reflect on processes and success of project objectives. Responsibilities: Project management (60%)

Successfully lead cross-departmental teams through all phases of a project: from initiation and planning through implementation and close. Clearly define and document the objectives, scope, timeline, budget and needed resources for the successful completion of milestones and project deliverables. Continually monitor the projectโ€™s progress against the work schedule other key metrics and adapt plans as needed to ensure key milestones are reached. Promptly identify and resolve obstacles to the project to keep it on track and on budget. Communications (20%) Serve as the primary point of contact on the project across PIH. Regularly communicate updates to stakeholders and team members (internal and external) as appropriate. Leadership (20%) Manage and motivate project team members through consistent communication, clear assignment of responsibilities, resources and on-going support. Make key decisions, and bring in stakeholders on decisions as appropriate as determined by the final project work plan. Educate team members and stakeholders on key project management processes.
