To perform specialized and/or standardized policy and programme-related processes and activities to support the effective delivery of assistance packages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of Programme Associate and overall supervision of the Programme Officer this position will be responsible for the following duties:
โข Provide technical support to Cooperating Partners for implementation of school feeding programme activities in field, especially school feeding programme in the Coxโs Bazar camps and Bhasan Char.
โข Assist in coordinating and monitoring of expansion of school feeding in refugee camps
โข Ensure and follow-up school feeding partners to submit monthly and quarterly reports on time, review partners report and provide feedback
โข Support partners in developing work plans and follow-up timely implementation of activities. Monitor technical aspects of programme activities, guide partners and review progress
โข Review monitoring findings and issues shared by WFP RAM unit and take necessary action to resolve the issues
โข Facilitate, review and provide feedback in FLA (Field Level Agreement) with partners and support and participate in CP annual performance evaluation
โข Assist in preparation of cash forecast, estimated and actual expenditure in WINGSII, check Cooperating partners expenditures and facilitate in processing payments
โข Review Cooperating Partners delivery plans and prepare Food Release Notes in COMET and facilitate validation
โข Participate in monthly and quarterly review meetings organized by partners and coordination meetings with stakeholders, i.e. camp coordination meetings, food security and education sector meetings, coordination meetings with education partners.
โข Assist in coordinating donor field visits, coaching staff on a programme to effectively respond to donor queries.Qualifications and Experience: โ
Education: Completion of University Degree (Bachelor) in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or any relevant subject.
Experience: Total 5 years of experience and preferably in primary education programme implementation or related business stream.
Language: Fluency in speaking and writing in both English and Bangla language.
