LE RÔLE
Effectuer des processus et activités spécialisés et/ou standardisés liés aux politiques et programmes afin de soutenir la mise en œuvre efficace des interventions d’assistance.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES (liste non exhaustive) :
Exécuter des processus et activités spécialisés et/ou standardisés dans un domaine technique spécifique, en veillant à leur alignement avec les politiques et directives générales du programme.
Fournir un appui à la gestion de projet et/ou un soutien administratif général conformément aux objectifs établis et aux politiques et procédures du PAM.
Dans le domaine de responsabilité spécifique, compiler des données et contribuer à leur analyse ainsi qu’à la préparation de rapports (par exemple : besoins en assistance alimentaire, utilisation des ressources, état du programme, performance) pour appuyer la prise de décisions opérationnelles.
Assurer un enregistrement précis et ponctuel des données dans le domaine technique concerné (par exemple : évaluations de la sécurité alimentaire et de la vulnérabilité), en suivant les normes et directives institutionnelles.
Collaborer et échanger des informations avec les homologues internes afin de favoriser une coordination efficace, une bonne mise en œuvre et un suivi adéquat des activités en cours.
Appuyer la communication et la coordination des activités avec les partenaires locaux, agences, ONG et institutions gouvernementales.
Servir de point de contact pour répondre à diverses questions opérationnelles générales, en sollicitant de l’aide si nécessaire.
Suivre les pratiques standards de préparation aux situations d’urgence afin de permettre au PAM de réagir rapidement et de déployer les ressources nécessaires dans les zones touchées dès le début de la crise.
QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE :
Éducation :
Fin de l’enseignement secondaire. Un certificat postsecondaire dans un domaine fonctionnel connexe est souhaité.Expérience :
Au moins cinq (05) années d’expérience professionnelle dans un domaine similaire.Connaissances et Compétences :
A facilité la communication avec des équipes techniques (ex. : nutrition, VAM, etc.).
A contribué à la mise en œuvre de programmes.
A observé ou assisté à des discussions politiques.
Langue :
Maîtrise orale et écrite du français (langue utilisée au lieu d’affectation) et de la langue des Nations Unies utilisée au bureau, si elle est différente.
