What You'll Do:

  • Empower children and communities: You will work directly with children, families, and community leaders to design and implement development programs that address their unique needs and aspirations.
  • Facilitate community engagement: You will lead community-based activities, including workshops, meetings, and events, to foster active participation and ownership of development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress: You will track the progress of our programs, analyze data, and use insights to improve our work and ensure that we are effectively meeting the needs of children.
  • Build relationships: You will build strong relationships with community members, local government officials, and other stakeholders to create a supportive environment for children.
