About the position

The Organizational Development Analyst is responsible for supporting the team and contributing to the policy framework management, implementing action plans, developing change management activities, monitoring internal audit processes, and risk management framework. Responsible for providing analytical support by researching, data mining, reporting, interpreting, and communicating data findings clearly into insightful information for action planning and improvement. The ODU Analyst contributes to identify opportunities to increase an organization's effectiveness and monitor the processes performance to verify the implementation of the strategy and generate alarms that allow taking the appropriate actions.


The position will be based in the operations center of the Americas, located in the Campus of Palmira, Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyzes the policy framework and supports the implementation plan in coordination with the concerned stakeholders (communications plan for staff awareness, content preparation, infographics, and repository).

聽聽Develops periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations, including statistical and graphical material of the initiatives undertaken by ODU (audit recommendations, policy framework, fraud prevention, and change management)
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support the provision of institutional training led by ODU (fraud prevention, risk).
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to monitoring the mitigation action plans under the alliance risk catalog to assess whether they need to modify any actions if necessary and ensure the plan is up to date.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyzes the organizational structure, levels, hierarchies, and department interface to search for efficiencies and proposes redesign management processes to meet quality standards.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Engages with internal stakeholders to identify and understand their needs, focusing on improving the accessibility of quality data.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicates ideas and concepts clearly and convincingly with the ODU team.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contributes to the dissemination and sharing of best practices and lessons learned for knowledge-building and change management culture.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborates with ODU team to ensure consistent delivery of high quality and change management projects, training and/or other projects as assigned.
聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Communicates with teams to address issues affecting transaction/process execution and service, improving information delivery and data capture for ODU projects.



Requirements

Qualifications and requirements


聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, finance, economics, accounting, or related fields.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written) Proven experience in business analysis, HR analytics or other analytics and business intelligence related projects.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven experience supporting Organizational Development processes (risk management, internal audit compliance and internal policy framework).

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in communications and production of awareness material.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of project management is desirable.

This is a national recruited position placed at a BG06, on a scale of 14 levels, with level 14 being the highest.

This is a Colombian national search and will be managed through a fixed term contract of a one (1) year period, subject to a probation period according to the local legislation and is renewable depending on performance and availability of resources.
