About the position
Based within the European Union, and under the supervision of the Global Senior Partnerships Officer, the OECD Partnerships Analyst will contribute to facilitate and deepen the engagement with OECD funders and support the scientific community in identifying new funding opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support in resource mobilization efforts in OECD countries, with a special focus on the following funders USAID, Germany and Scandinavian funders.
- Contribute to intelligence gathering and monitors OECD fundraising trends, policy changes, and opportunities for the Alliance.
- Works with the scientific community in supporting them in their engagement with partners and funders.
- Provide support and maintain accurate and updated information in the Partnerships Team Registry tool.
- Contribute to developing and continuously improving knowledge products, including support materials and guidance documents.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree desirable) in international relations, business management, public policy, public administration, communications or related fields.
- Demonstrated familiarity with USAID funding, procedures, and policies.
- Previous relevant work experience with donor engagement and resource mobilization, including donor mapping, funder strategy development and communications products development.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork skills including the ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a part of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and aptitude to work in virtual teams.

Terms of employment
This is a locally recruited position which will be based within the European Union. All benefits are denominated and paid in Euro. The salary is level 6, in a scale of 14 levels, with level 14 being the highest. The salary range will be established in accordance with the regional/country standards. The remuneration package includes a competitive salary, leave provisions, medical and life insurance, and non-contributory retirement plan. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, subject to a probationary period of 6 months, and is renewable based on performance and availability of funds.
