OBJECTIF DU TRAVAIL
Sous la supervision du coordonnateur des donnรฉes et la supervision du chef de TEC de maniรจre gรฉnรฉrale, Business Support Assistant โ analyste de donnรฉes soutiendra la mise en ลuvre de la feuille de route data et contribuera ร la fourniture efficace des services de donnรฉes et d'assistance numรฉrique (DAS) dans le bureau de pays.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES:
1. Servir de point focal de l'unitรฉ TEC pour les rapprochements des transferts monรฉtaires (CBT) auprรจs de l'รฉquipe de rรฉconciliation et reprรฉsenter l'รฉquipe data lors des rรฉunions de rapprochement.
2. Travailler en รฉtroite collaboration avec le coordonnateur des donnรฉes pour effectuer des mappages de donnรฉes et des analyses de donnรฉes significatives afin d'รฉclairer les dรฉcisions du bureau pays.
3. Diriger la crรฉation de rapports et de tableaux de bord pour que d'autres unitรฉs du bureau de pays puissent les utiliser.
4. Adoptez Tableau comme solution de business intelligence et de visualisation de donnรฉes et suivez le parcours de formation Tableau Analyst.
5. Fournir un soutien ponctuel ร l'analyse des donnรฉes, selon les besoins.
6. Effectuer une exploration ad hoc des donnรฉes pour mettre en รฉvidence les problรจmes et les opportunitรฉs d'amรฉlioration des composants d'analyse de donnรฉes des activitรฉs SCOPE du PAM. Cela inclut, sans toutefois s'y limiter, la vรฉrification des doublons et des bรฉnรฉficiaires existants.
7. Soutenir la mise en ลuvre de services de donnรฉes et d'assistance numรฉrique (DAS) du PAM (Tableau, DOTS, SCOPE, School Connect, Partner Connect, Last miles, Digital Do It Yourself et autres).
8. Aider ร la prรฉparation de l'รฉquipement et des logiciels DAS pour les activitรฉs d'enregistrement et de distribution aux bรฉnรฉficiaires et participer aux enregistrements et distributions ainsi qu'ร la formation, si nรฉcessaire.
9.Effectuez toute autre tรขche requise liรฉe ร cette fonction.
Qualifications& Experience Requise:
Education: Diplรดme d'รฉtudes secondaires. Un diplรดme universitaire en รฉconomie, statistiques, technologies de l'information, gestion des donnรฉes, gestion de l'information ou dans une autre discipline pertinente est un avantage .
Experience: 4 ans ou plus d'expรฉrience professionnelle progressive pertinente dans l'analyse et la visualisation de donnรฉes, la gestion des donnรฉes, la gestion de l'information, les systรจmes d'information, la cartographie GIS.
Connaissance & Competences: Expรฉrience avรฉrรฉe de travail dans un environnement analytique chargรฉ. Solides compรฉtences en communication รฉcrite et orale, y compris des compรฉtences approfondies en rรฉdaction de rapports. Expรฉrience de travail avec des รฉquipes et des processus d'รฉquipe. Capacitรฉ ร travailler dans des environnements multiculturels et multiethniques. Le candidat doit dรฉmontrer de bonnes compรฉtences en analyse de donnรฉes. La connaissance de Tableau Software est un atout.
Languages: La maรฎtrise de la langue franรงaise et des connaissances intermรฉdiairesde l' anglais sont requises.
